PAR has scheduled maintenance to enable PAR POS Architectural Update and the Data Processing update on the server that hosts the PAR POS instance on 8/4 at 2:15 am Pacific. Registers will restart at the end of the maintenance, with no further downtime expected and no interruption to PAR POS services. Statuspage notification will be sent at the completion of the maintenance.

Please NOTE - Do not schedule changesets publishing during the night of this Architectural Update enablement to avoid any publishing issue.

Additionally, with enablement of the new data feed, sales splits now function differently. In order to ensure they are managed quickly and accurately, sales splits must be executed by the PAR support team. We are currently developing new tooling for customer and partner support teams who previously had this ability to perform sales splits. Please send all sales split cases directly to PAR support. We will notify you once the tools are updated.
